Due to the lockdown, bus and subway services have been suspended across Shenzhen, preventing citizens from moving from one place to another. Which needs to be avoided.The city government said in a statement posted on its official WeChat account on Saturday that residents of the city’s six most populous districts will be tested twice over the weekend, allowing people to work. It will help to reduce the impact on the active life.
Six major districts have been designated as high-risk areas, according to Reuters’ assessment. The lockdown will remain in force here for the next seven days, if more positive cases are found, it may be extended. So caution is required. People have been instructed to stay in their homes. Due to which the economic activities of the city have been severely affected.
Lin Hancheng, a Shenzhen public health official, told a news conference that citizens here should stay at home as much as possible and avoid gatherings. He did not say how many people were affected by the restrictions. Officials from six districts said that one person per household would be allowed to buy food, medicine and necessities from their compound once in two days.
