According to the data released by the Ministry of Health, 5383 new cases of corona virus have been reported in the country during the last 24 hours, taking the total number of cases to 44558425. However, there has been a slight decrease in the active cases of Corona. Active cases of Corona in the country have reduced from 46,342 to 45,281.

According to the Ministry of Health, after 5,383 new cases of covid in the country, the total number of corona virus cases has increased to 4,45,58,425, while the death toll has reached 5,28,449. Active cases are 10% of the total cases of corona virus in the country.

Let it be known that on August 7, 2020, the number of people affected by the corona virus in the country crossed 2 million, on August 23, 2020, it crossed 3 million and on September 5, 2020, it crossed 4 million. The total cases of infection crossed 5 million on 16 September 2020, 6 million on 28 September 2020, 7 million on 11 October 2020, 8 million on 29 October 2020 and 9 million on 20 November. On December 19, 2020, these cases in the country crossed one crore. On May 4 last year, the number of infected people crossed 20 million and on June 23, 2021, the number crossed 30 million. On January 25 this year, the cases of infection crossed four crore.
